TL;DR

Sr. Partnerships Manager (Starlink Aviation): Leading and closing high-value partnership deals for Starlink’s commercial aircraft connectivity business with an accent on commercial strategy, pricing, and negotiation. Focus on maximizing internal and external outcomes, driving product direction through customer discovery, and impacting global aviation connectivity.

Location: This position is based in Woodinville, WA and requires being onsite. Remote work is not considered. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other hirify.global locations.

Salary: $150,000.00–$205,000.00/per year

hirify.global is developing technologies to enable human life on Mars, with the Starlink Aviation team focused on integrating high-speed internet connectivity into commercial aircraft worldwide.

What you will do

  • Successfully close partnership deals between hirify.global and partners for Starlink Aviation.
  • Lead pricing, commercial strategy, business discussions, and negotiations as a key player on a global partnerships team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (engineering, regulatory, business) and report to the Global Head of Starlink Aviation.
  • Assist with developing commercial, marketing, and business terms and materials, staying updated on internal teams.
  • Perform deep customer discovery and disseminate feedback to the engineering team to inform product direction.
  • Manage and own the execution of contracts and agreements with customers.
  • Support pipeline and forecasting efforts, synthesizing complex information for leadership recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 5+ years of professional experience, OR 10+ years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, corporate strategy, or sales in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong commercial deal or sales track record with the ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in sales to aviation customers.
  • Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues.
  • Highly detail-oriented, diligent, hard-working with excellent customer interface skills.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure to communicate with customers.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Must be based onsite in Woodinville, WA.
  • Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State (ITAR requirements).
