Location: This position is based in Woodinville, WA and requires being onsite. Remote work is not considered. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other hirify.global locations.
Salary: $150,000.00–$205,000.00/per year

What you will do
- Successfully close partnership deals between hirify.global and partners for Starlink Aviation.
- Lead pricing, commercial strategy, business discussions, and negotiations as a key player on a global partnerships team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups (engineering, regulatory, business) and report to the Global Head of Starlink Aviation.
- Assist with developing commercial, marketing, and business terms and materials, staying updated on internal teams.
- Perform deep customer discovery and disseminate feedback to the engineering team to inform product direction.
- Manage and own the execution of contracts and agreements with customers.
- Support pipeline and forecasting efforts, synthesizing complex information for leadership recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 5+ years of professional experience, OR 10+ years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, corporate strategy, or sales in lieu of a degree.
- Strong commercial deal or sales track record with the ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in sales to aviation customers.
- Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues.
- Highly detail-oriented, diligent, hard-working with excellent customer interface skills.
- Sufficient knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure to communicate with customers.
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Must be based onsite in Woodinville, WA.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State (ITAR requirements).
