What you will do
- Orchestrate and manage integration projects between business, third-party vendors, and clients using deep technology knowledge across HCM, ERP, POS, and financial domains.
- Design, build, document, and execute API and file-based integrations, including using third-party workflow/automation tools and iPaaS platforms.
- Build, enable, and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions from common Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Lead integration solution discovery, analyze client needs, define scope, and document integration workflows.
- Provide long-term integration support to clients and internal teams and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Build relationships and mentor internal teams, clients, and integration partners while communicating technical concepts effectively.
Requirements
- Ten years of combined education and related work experience and eight years of direct experience in application integration.
- Extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) and technology platforms.
- Strong proficiency with SSH file transfer protocols (SFTP), file encryption, and managing large files with sensitive data.
- Ability to oversee the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
- Knowledge of business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling, data mapping, and project management principles.
- Strong proficiency with API protocols, schemas, Identity & Access Management (IAM) / SSO providers, authentication, and authorization protocols.
