Location: US Remote - Boston Metro Area

Salary: $300,000 - $380,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects
  • Organize proof of concept implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise
  • Win 20 new dbt Cloud Enterprise customers annually after ramp-up
  • Lead and contribute to sales process development projects
  • Collaborate with product teams to build and maintain the enterprise roadmap
  • Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations
  • Engage actively in the dbt open source community

Requirements

  • Must have 7+ years of technology sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop consultative sales
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders from developers to CTOs
  • Capability to manage long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for inclusivity and community involvement

Nice to have

  • Experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software
  • Prior knowledge or experience with dbt
