Location: US Remote - Boston Metro Area
Salary: $300,000 - $380,000 USD OTE

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects
- Organize proof of concept implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise
- Win 20 new dbt Cloud Enterprise customers annually after ramp-up
- Lead and contribute to sales process development projects
- Collaborate with product teams to build and maintain the enterprise roadmap
- Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations
- Engage actively in the dbt open source community
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years of technology sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop consultative sales
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders from developers to CTOs
- Capability to manage long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Passion for inclusivity and community involvement
Nice to have
- Experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software
- Prior knowledge or experience with dbt
