Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Defining and documenting business processes and requirements through collaborative stakeholder engagement with an accent on producing technical documentation (BRDs, RFPs, DRSs, USs) and translating business needs into viable solutions. Focus on supporting development and testing, identifying new technology opportunities, and ensuring smooth transitions to production.

Location: Hybrid in Valencia, Spain

What you will do

• Define and document business processes and requirements through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
• Produce technical documentation such as BRDs, RFPs, DRSs, and USs with acceptance criteria.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into viable solutions with tangible business benefits.
• Support development and testing during the build and test phases.
• Identify new opportunities for technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality business analysis documentation in a changing and challenging environment.
• Knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle and experience with Agile methodology, preferably Scrum.
• Experience with UML, BPMN or other modelling notations.
• Excellent communication, listening, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in software development and experience with implementation and rollout of critical systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in the ESG industry.
• Experience with SAFe.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• PBA or CCBA certification.
