TL;DR

Principal PS Consultant (Workforce Engagement Management): Implementing and optimizing the hirify.global WEM suite for customers with an accent on business process analysis, methodology adoption, and customer experience improvement. Focus on leading discovery sessions, analyzing contact center operations, and providing strategic roadmaps for WEM solutions.

Location: Remote work flexibility (you can work remotely, but must be based in Spain)

Salary: Salary package composed of base and bonus

What you will do

  • Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions, ensuring success with product awareness.
  • Support sales and project teams in identifying issues impacting implementations.
  • Analyze customers' contact center reports, processes, and metrics to provide strategic roadmaps.
  • Ensure customers realize maximum value from the WEM product through proper methodologies.
  • Lead technical and business discussions and present proposed WEM solution features.
  • Communicate effectively across the global community, respecting cultural and time zone differences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English required; Italian is desirable.
  • Minimum 7 years of contact center experience in progressively responsible roles.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing or using WEM solutions.
  • Working knowledge of WEM capabilities for forecasting, planning, and scheduling.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects delivering business change in WEM and contact center operations.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic planning, change management, and business process transformation.
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including handling challenging situations.
