What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic consulting projects across European insurance and repair domains.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and identify market trends.
• Innovate with data assets to create commercial value and support data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance clients, OEMs, and repair networks.
• Communicate effectively and deliver compelling presentations to diverse stakeholders, including C-level.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in insurance, automotive claims, or consulting.
• Proven track record in European insurance markets, especially claims and repair data.
• Strong academic background in business, data science, economics, or related fields.
• Experience with data management tools like SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Additional European languages a plus.
