Salary: $193,970–$228,200 USD annually plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Drive large-scale, highly technical, cross-functional enterprise data projects
• Collaborate with internal and external partners across multiple departments to gather requirements and define objectives
• Lead the Integration Platform Services program with a product management perspective
• Communicate risks, status, and timelines to partners and senior management
• Establish and track project milestones aligned to OKRs and provide program status updates
• Define and lead execution of enterprise data programs addressing regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of project/program management experience working with engineering teams
• Working knowledge of multiple SaaS enterprise applications (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, Workday)
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience applying Lean, Agile, ITIL, or process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira, Slack, and G-Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to hirify.global-specific processes

• Program or Project Management certification
• Passion and knowledge about cryptocurrency and blockchain
• Product management or engineering experience
