Salary: £100,000–£110,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Manage and support the career development of the App Platform Core team through coaching and performance management.
• Engage in technical deliverables including features, monitoring, and bug fixing while focusing on leadership.
• Lead hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks and roadblocks to ensure team success.
• Own the team’s technical roadmap and prioritize technical projects alongside product features.
• Collaborate with Product and Leadership to manage project scope and communicate progress.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London
• Proven line management experience delivering complex projects.
• Background in Mobile App development, preferably in platform or developer experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for team growth.
• Experience with Agile development and best testing practices.
