What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Manager to review project specifications and prepare integration plans
• Break down tasks and provide estimations for backend development
• Implement code, perform pull requests, code reviews, and testing
• Work closely with the CTO, product team, and engineering team including web developers, SRE, and data scientists
• Contribute ideas and experiments to improve the product roadmap and technical solutions

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine and work fully remotely
• 5+ years experience as backend or full-stack engineer with recent Ruby-on-Rails expertise
• Experience in tech scale-ups or fast-paced agile environments
• Proven track record working on large-scale products with thousands of monthly users
• Fluent English (C2) required for strong communication and collaboration
• Comfortable building products with uncensored content (#NSFW)

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps)
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
