What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Manager to review project specifications and prepare integration plans
• Implement backend code, perform code reviews, and testing using Ruby-on-Rails
• Help define the product roadmap and technical solutions
• Run experiments and bring new ideas to improve the product
• Work closely with the CTO, product team, and engineering team including web developers, SRE, and data scientists

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland
• 5+ years experience as backend or full-stack engineer with recent Ruby-on-Rails expertise
• Experience in tech scale-ups or fast-paced agile environments
• Experience building large-scale products with thousands of monthly users
• Fluent English (C2) required
• Comfortable working with NSFW content based on uncensored AI models

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in data science, generative AI, NLP, ML, MLOps
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
