What you will do

• Drive expansion of category offerings on platform and mobile app aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor managers and tech leads, foster talent growth, and define team performance metrics.
• Own technical direction and collaborate on architecture and solution design.
• Translate business requirements into technical strategies and lead staffing and engineering initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Contribute to engineering culture, best practices, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work remotely from Barcelona, Spain
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years managing managers and technical leads with successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in system architecture, cloud (AWS), Kafka, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
