Solution Architect (Retail)

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home. Employees may work from anywhere for up to two weeks per year. Travel is required based on client and project needs.

What you will do

• Run architectural design sessions and create implementation plans aligned with customer business goals and technical environments.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams for pre-sales, proof-of-concept, and pilot projects.
• Lead the introduction of technologies and services that deliver scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions.
• Manage customer engagements focused on repeatable revenue and consumption targets.
• Provide strategic guidance on how products and services address customer challenges.
• Represent customer feedback and priorities to engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and structured presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across operational, functional, and technical disciplines in a virtual global team.
• Spanish and English speaker required.
• BA/BS in business, data analytics, computer science, information technology, software engineering, or another related STEM field.
