What you will do

• Design and execute global partnership strategy with focus on healthcare, banking, retail, and e-commerce.
• Identify, close, and scale relationships with technology partners and strategic consultancies.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders and lead indirect channel development.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align joint initiatives.
• Build shared value propositions, co-selling models, activation plans, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Measure partnership impact through KPIs such as revenue generation and market expansion.

Requirements

• Based in Bogotá or available to travel as needed
• 5+ years leading partnership or channel programs, ideally in SaaS or tech platforms.
• Proven experience in healthcare, retail, and e-commerce sectors with active US network.
• Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients.
• Advanced English (C1+ level) required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
