What you will do

  • Conduct multichannel prospecting including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profile before passing to sales team.
  • Personalize sales workflows balancing automation and direct human connection.
  • Maintain impeccable pipeline management and reporting using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams for continuous pitch and message improvement.
  • Participate in industry events to generate offline impact.

Requirements

  • Bilingual or very fluent in Spanish and English.
  • 1-2 years experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, HRtech, fintech, or insurtech.
  • Comfortable generating pipeline from scratch and using sales tools like HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of sales cycles from 3 to 12 months and consultative sales processes.
  • Growth mindset, well-organized, and positive attitude.
  • Startup DNA: autonomy, focus, agility, and long-term vision.
