What you will do
- Conduct multichannel prospecting including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profile before passing to sales team.
- Personalize sales workflows balancing automation and direct human connection.
- Maintain impeccable pipeline management and reporting using HubSpot.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams for continuous pitch and message improvement.
- Participate in industry events to generate offline impact.
Requirements
- Bilingual or very fluent in Spanish and English.
- 1-2 years experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, HRtech, fintech, or insurtech.
- Comfortable generating pipeline from scratch and using sales tools like HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of sales cycles from 3 to 12 months and consultative sales processes.
- Growth mindset, well-organized, and positive attitude.
