What you will do

• Lead Quadient-based CCM modernization programs across planning, design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Define technical architecture and integration approach aligned with enterprise systems like CRM and ECM.
• Guide legacy migration from platforms such as Documaker, OT Exstream, and Xpression to Quadient Inspire.
• Design governance frameworks for template management, content modularization, version control, and compliance.
• Collaborate with business, IT, QA, and infrastructure stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Oversee performance tuning and document optimization leveraging Quadient modules for scalability and omnichannel enablement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Louisville, KY, United States
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in CCM solutions with at least 5 years hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire platform and architecture.
• Proven expertise in leading CCM modernization and legacy migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of Quadient Inspire modules and integration with enterprise systems.
• Experience in the Insurance domain.
