What you will do

• Lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional programs ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive resolution of complex technical and operational challenges collaborating with stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and global manufacturing operations ensuring quality and compliance.
• Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to executive leadership and teams.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and change requests maintaining financial accountability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Austin, TX, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5–7+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional hardware or technology programs.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, global initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills.
