What you will do

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements for development teams.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain detailed requirement documentation.
• Perform data analysis and data mapping using SQL for data mining and problem resolution.
• Support LoanIQ processes, including table maintenance, deal setup, accruals, payments, and general ledger accounting.
• Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functional accuracy and data integrity.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing clarifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years in financial services and LoanIQ.
• Strong expertise in LoanIQ processes, including deal setup, accruals, payments, and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, data mapping, and problem resolution.
