• Drive adoption of stablecoins and integrations with partners and merchants.
• Oversee KYC, fraud, and compliance systems balancing growth with trust.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale financial rails internationally.

Requirements

• Proven success leading multi-product teams at scale.
• Experience shipping consumer products with millions of users.
• Strong technical fluency and design sensibility.
• Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones.
• Crypto native or fast learner in crypto domain.
