What you will do

• Design and implement Five9 contact center solutions including call routing, IVRs, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring system stability and uptime.
• Automate and optimize distributed systems and platform services for scalability and performance.
• Partner with customers to enhance Five9 functionality and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system health and conduct maintenance checks to ensure service continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders for incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in contact center technology implementation and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Five9 configuration, troubleshooting, and call routing optimization.
• Strong expertise in designing and automating large-scale distributed systems.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stamford, CT, USA.
• English: Proficient English required.
