What you will do
- Provide technical configuration and programming for contact center software solutions.
- Manage end-to-end system development lifecycles for small to large-scale projects.
- Perform business analysis, user needs assessment, and cost/benefit evaluations.
- Design and enhance database environments and technical architectures.
- Mentor and coach junior staff and sub-contracted personnel during project execution.
- Maintain expertise in industry-leading contact center technologies and CRM integrations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience in technical implementation, business analysis, or engineering services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage business rapport at a technical level.
- Analytical mindset with experience in project management and risk analysis.
- Ability to present a professional image and command large audiences.
