What you will do

  • Provide technical configuration and programming for contact center software solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end system development lifecycles for small to large-scale projects.
  • Perform business analysis, user needs assessment, and cost/benefit evaluations.
  • Design and enhance database environments and technical architectures.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff and sub-contracted personnel during project execution.
  • Maintain expertise in industry-leading contact center technologies and CRM integrations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in technical implementation, business analysis, or engineering services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage business rapport at a technical level.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in project management and risk analysis.
  • Ability to present a professional image and command large audiences.
