What you will do

• Lead the strategic design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI integration opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for AI adoption aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and Workday features to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
• Identify and design use cases for AI within Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, and Talent Management.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI initiatives with existing Workday architecture and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Workday solutions and AI integration.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and align AI initiatives with organizational goals and compliance standards.
