What you will do
- Create and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, and implementation plans.
- Partner with embedded Product Managers to translate business needs into architectural options and tradeoffs.
- Lead build-versus-buy evaluations and assess platform fit for new AI and software solutions.
- Manage the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and embed governance into product discovery and delivery.
- Define technology standards, frameworks, and policies to ensure enterprise consistency.
- Provide architectural guidance to support rapid product experimentation while maintaining security and scalability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
- Practical experience with AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, privacy, and security.
- Experience evaluating build vs. buy vs. platform decisions.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services.
- Advanced degree (Master's or MBA).
- Experience across multiple disciplines including application development, integration, or database management.
