What you will do

• Create and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, and implementation plans.
• Partner with embedded Product Managers to translate business needs into architectural options and tradeoffs.
• Lead build-versus-buy evaluations and assess platform fit for new AI and software solutions.
• Manage the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and embed governance into product discovery and delivery.
• Define technology standards, frameworks, and policies to ensure enterprise consistency.
• Provide architectural guidance to support rapid product experimentation while maintaining security and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, privacy, and security.
• Experience evaluating build vs. buy vs. platform decisions.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services.
• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA).
• Experience across multiple disciplines including application development, integration, or database management.
