What you will do

• Manage team execution against project plans, identify risks, and report to management
• Own software development lifecycle including design, implementation, and testing of new features
• Manage business and operational support and metrics for team software
• Support team members to maximize potential and foster continuous improvement culture
• Translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions and define team roadmap
• Drive innovation and define new ideas for future map-making in collaboration with product management

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lodz, Poland
• 2+ years people management experience including planning and reporting
• 5+ years software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or related field
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex concepts clearly

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure and AWS
• Experience with Orbis Platform and related processes
