Salary: $140,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and business roles from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract senior-level GTM talent.
• Engage, screen, and close top-tier candidates ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Provide high-touch relationship management, especially with senior and passive candidates.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM and business roles.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM organizational structures.
• Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
