• Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and agents.
• Develop and iterate on agent architectures and evaluation pipelines.

• Communicate technical decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for automation.
• Contribute to the hirify.global and LangGraph ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in LLM systems.
• Hands-on experience with evaluation and monitoring systems.
• Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Expertise with hirify.global or LangGraph.
• Experience with open source projects.
• Background in applied AI research.
• Full-stack experience across frontend and backend.
