What you will do

• Own shipping of consumer electronic products with market-leading audio performance.
• Design and refine real-time audio capture and rendering systems.
• Research and implement advanced audio technologies and system integration.
• Collaborate on system architecture, algorithms, and tools.
• Evaluate third-party audio technologies and industry developments.
• Support factory testing and product development cycles.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years experience in audio hardware development.
• Experience designing and testing microphone arrays and real-time audio capture.
• Proven skills in acoustics, transducers, digital interfaces, audio ICs, and DSPs.
• Experience with audio testing systems and DSP techniques like FIR/IIR filters and beamforming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Acoustics, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of audio hardware development experience.
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python.
• Knowledge of psycho-acoustic metrics and speech quality evaluation.
• Experience with audio rendering, speaker technologies, and ML/NN audio algorithms.
• Advanced degrees (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in related fields.
