What you will do

• Lead and manage the development and standardization of SCADA products across terminals.
• Coordinate team workload to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of roadmap projects.
• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to align SCADA solutions with asset digitization strategy.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, technical requirements, and product backlogs.
• Provide Level 3 support and oversee product performance and optimization efforts.
• Engage with stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to maximize product impact.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in Algeciras, Spain.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in product, program, or project management in technology or operations, preferably in automation or transport/logistics sectors.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with port equipment, automated systems, and industrial infrastructure architecture.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Ignition SCADA Platform Certification.
• Experience with onsite commissioning (FAT, SAT, UAT).
