What you will do

  • Assist in delivering the overall Casino strategy for the UK market, driving growth and optimising objectives.
  • Build relationships with casino game providers to secure content, promotions, and exclusives.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs, conducting competitor reviews and product gap analysis.
  • Assist stakeholders with acquisition and retention initiatives, and develop brand marketing strategies for UK brands.
  • Work with CRM teams to optimize the player lifecycle with relevant promotional initiatives.
  • Influence product development roadmaps, lead UK gamification projects, and collaborate with internal development teams for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry with understanding of player behavior and industry regulations.
  • Proven experience coordinating specialist Casino teams and working in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope.
  • Significant experience working with product developers, legal & compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present data and proposals.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
