What you will do

  • Manage annual marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and mentor the local marketing and acquisition team in a high-performance environment.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with partners and oversee commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate across departments to align country strategy and support ROI requirements.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work based in Ontario, Canada
  • Significant experience in digital marketing, including SEO, mobile marketing, and social media channels.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with programmatic and display media campaigns.
  • Passion for sports and entertainment industry.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and pressurized environments.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, and market trends.
  • Experience in online gaming or casino industry with understanding of player behavior and regulations.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance in various jurisdictions.
  • Experience developing customer retention strategies.
  • Casino and iGaming experience.
