What you will do
- Manage annual marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead and mentor the local marketing and acquisition team in a high-performance environment.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
- Build and maintain key relationships with partners and oversee commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate across departments to align country strategy and support ROI requirements.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work based in Ontario, Canada
- Significant experience in digital marketing, including SEO, mobile marketing, and social media channels.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with programmatic and display media campaigns.
- Passion for sports and entertainment industry.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and pressurized environments.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, and market trends.
- Experience in online gaming or casino industry with understanding of player behavior and regulations.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance in various jurisdictions.
- Experience developing customer retention strategies.
- Casino and iGaming experience.
