What you will do

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for game launches, promotions, events, and player re-engagement.
• Monitor social and email performance using analytics tools and report on channel growth and campaign results.
• Partner with customer support to ensure player feedback, concerns, and questions are addressed quickly and professionally.
• Help plan and run online events, contests, and giveaways that encourage participation and interaction.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, and gaming communities to extend brand reach and awareness.

Requirements

• Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in gaming, entertainment, or iGaming.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and how to tailor content for each.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools, email platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong eye for content and detail.
• Genuine interest in gaming and online communities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
