What you will do

• Be the first Account Executive for the Netherlands market and build the foundation for growth
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to improve lead quality and conversion
• Build strong relationships with B2B clients such as solar and heatpump installers
• Run demos, close deals, and support sales activities hands-on
• Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to refine sales approach

Requirements

• C2-level proficiency in Dutch is required
• Must be based on-site in Berlin
• 3+ years of SMB software sales experience in fast-paced environments like startups or scale-ups
• Knowledge of Netherlands sales and go-to-market dynamics
• Passion for innovation in renewable energy
• Excellent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills
