Salary: $200,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Own the deployment of ML models and engineering surrogates (deep learning on CAE/CFD/FEA data, time-series forecasting, anomaly detection) into customer production environments.
• Design and build robust, scalable ML systems, training and inference pipelines, and APIs for cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead architecture design for data/ML systems, defining success metrics and delivery plans.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to engineers and data scientists, ensuring calm decision-making under pressure.
• Collaborate closely with customers on-site in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania (approx. 3-4 weeks per quarter).
• Influence product direction and steer roadmaps by communicating technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• At least 3 years of industry experience post-Masters or PhD in a commercial, non-research environment.
• Proven experience shipping end-to-end ML systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Pandas, FastAPI, Scipy, and Kubeflow.
• Experience manipulating 3D point-cloud and mesh data for geometry-aware modeling.
• Ability to travel internationally to customer sites regularly.
