Salary: $200,000 - $300,000

What you will do

• Design and prototype model architectures grounded in EM physics and applied math.
• Build and run end-to-end training and evaluation pipelines for large-scale models.
• Develop data strategies including corpus composition and simulation campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and platform engineering to deploy research artifacts into production.
• Author research publications for top venues like NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR.
• Represent the company externally at conferences and with industry partners.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent research track in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Deep background in electromagnetic physics or PDE solvers.
• Demonstrated focus on foundation models, neural operators, or related operator-style ML.
• Published track record at top ML or computational-physics venues.
• Strong intuition for the mathematics behind EM solvers.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.

Nice to have

• Prior work integrating physics priors directly into model architectures.
• Direct experience with EM simulators such as ADS, HFSS, or MATLAB EM.
• Experience with HPC ecosystems.
