What you will do

• Lead the Commercial Finance team, providing strategic insights to the executive team.
• Mentor and manage finance business partners, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Support product initiatives and pricing strategies to drive business growth.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Build and deliver board-level reports and executive dashboards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance or FP&A.
• 5+ years in leadership roles, ideally in retail financial services or technology.
• Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Experience in agile, high-growth environments.

• Experience in financial modeling for key deliverables.
