What you will do

• Take full ownership of end-to-end product delivery from insights to launch and refinement
• Support teams daily, removing obstacles to maintain momentum
• Align business goals with real customer needs ensuring purposeful work
• Collaborate with Product Director to shape product strategy
• Use tools like Amplitude and Jira to manage priorities and track progress
• Apply data, UX research, and feedback to guide product decisions in an agile environment

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model based in the UK
• Proven product management experience in a scale-up environment with hands-on delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to unblock teams
• Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, or affiliate business models
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prioritization frameworks
• Experience with Amplitude, Jira, and experimentation platforms preferred
