What you will do

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives
• Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems through direct client conversations
• Drive the launch of new digital products and services, working closely with the co-founders and senior team
• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and promote new products and features

Requirements

• Graduated from a top university with a strong entrepreneurial focus
• Fluent in English, with C2 level in German
• Experience in a startup environment
• Be hands on
• Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies
• Structured thinker who’s not afraid to get into the details and execute fast
