What you will do

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Data Strategists and Product Managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for complex data assets aligned with business goals.
• Oversee data product portfolio delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution of data pipelines.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML technologies to enhance data assets and delivery processes.
• Lead data governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across data products.
• Communicate progress and strategy to senior and executive stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, United States
• 10+ years in Data Strategy or Data Product Management with 5+ years managing teams.
• Experience in defining and executing product strategies for large-scale data assets.
• Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) at portfolio level.
• Strong technical knowledge of data models, data warehousing, and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level audiences.

• Experience in Finance, Risk, or Regulatory sectors.
