What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze large complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Lead analytics projects on product profitability, client lifecycle, and acquisition funnel optimization.
• Mentor analysts and promote data governance and analytical best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging data analytics technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field and minimum 3 years senior data analyst experience, preferably in Finance/FX.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced SQL, Power BI, and data modeling expertise.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Project management experience and ability to develop predictive business models.
• Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and metadata management.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Agile and DataOps principles.
• Knowledge of financial data protection regulations.
