What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze large complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Lead analytics projects on product profitability, client lifecycle, and acquisition funnel optimization.
- Mentor analysts and promote data governance and analytical best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging data analytics technologies.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field and minimum 3 years senior data analyst experience, preferably in Finance/FX.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced SQL, Power BI, and data modeling expertise.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Project management experience and ability to develop predictive business models.
- Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and metadata management.
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with Agile and DataOps principles.
- Knowledge of financial data protection regulations.
