(Senior) Data Analytics Consultant (m/f/n)

InPost Group is a European out-of-home delivery company operating an intelligent parcel locker network and developing e-commerce logistics services.

What you will do

• Support stakeholders and business lines with data-driven decision-making.
• Gather, process, and analyze large-scale real-time data from campaigns, products, customers, sales, logistics, and other business systems.
• Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for business-critical areas and processes.
• Design, develop, and extend scalable data model layers for analytics calculations and visualizations.
• Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and uphold internal engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to deliver integrated data solutions and prototypes for data visualizations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role working with large volumes of data.
• Strong proficiency in Python/PySpark, SQL, and Bash scripting.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into data models and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Understanding of real-time data and experience handling data from backend and frontend systems.
• Fluent English is required; ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark in Databricks.
• French reading or communication skills.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow, dbt, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of data governance and agile, iterative delivery practices.
