What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimise acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels including Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Lead creative briefing and testing to improve campaign performance and messaging.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage acquisition budgets focusing on spend efficiency and ROI forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to align growth strategies.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach to marketing backed by data insights.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid from London or Budapest offices.
- 4–6 years experience in growth or performance marketing in app-first B2C environments.
- Strong proficiency with GA4, Firebase, GTM, and mobile measurement platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Experience managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Analytical skills to interpret large data sets and build performance dashboards.
- Ability to manage six-figure+ budgets with accountability for ROI.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or regulated consumer technology businesses.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance impact on app acquisition.
