Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid setup with flexibility to work remotely and access to the Manhattan office.

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 depending on experience.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customer users and decision-makers as the primary customer-facing technical contact.
• Understand customer industry challenges and translate them into product opportunities and roadmap alignment.
• Own customer onboarding and work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are useful, adopted, and value is measured.
• Support delivery-team planning, product coordination, sprint planning, deliverables alignment, and project delivery.
• Identify new customer problems, users, stakeholders, and applications; prepare proposals including commercial terms and support the contracting process.
• Track customer engagement, gather feedback, and coordinate with Simulation Engineers, Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in a commercial, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to understand advanced engineering concepts across multiple industries and work directly with customers.
• Experience with either Data Science or Machine Learning and the end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle, or an engineering background with domain-specific engineering understanding.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders and connect AI capabilities with practical engineering applications.
• Willingness and ability to learn the core technology stack, cloud and software deployment, and product features.
• Experience taking ownership of the customer journey, including onboarding, change management, roadmap planning, and contract preparation.
• Strong strategic planning, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sprint planning, deliverables alignment, and smooth project delivery.

• Experience in industrial or advanced manufacturing sectors, such as automotive, semiconductors, or materials.
