What you will do

• Define product roadmap and strategy for OneAgent in collaboration with product leaders and engineering teams.
• Drive integrations and deliver impactful features that enhance product adoption and customer value.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for product performance including stability, latency, and coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather feedback and prioritize product requirements.
• Ensure compatibility across OSes, virtualization, container platforms, and cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
• Represent customer and market needs to guide product evolution and innovation.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Linz, Austria or willing to relocate (relocation support provided).
• 7–10+ years of product management experience, preferably in cloud, observability, or integrations.
• Strong technical understanding of agent-based monitoring, instrumentation, and observability signals.
• Experience with enterprise customers and B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, containerization, Kubernetes, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
