What you will do

  • Lead the product development lifecycle, setting priorities and goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Communicate product vision and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee product lines ensuring strategic consistency across teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration and resolve cross-departmental conflicts.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of Linux, open source software, and computer architecture.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Product management experience in software industry for senior roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 4 times a year.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with verticals such as Telco, Finance, Industrial, Automotive.
  • Experience with cloud native technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Knowledge of embedded and connected device ecosystems.
  • Experience leading distributed teams across time zones.
