What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles in Tel Aviv.
• Source candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain talent pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and lead recruitment.
• Build relationships with recruiting agencies and manage contracts and budgets.
• Support internal referral programs and promote candidate referrals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv.
• 4+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical/R&D roles in high-tech or startup companies.
• Proven sourcing skills using recruiting databases and social media platforms.
• Experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
• Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
