What you will do

• Define marketing targets aligned with financial KPIs and develop tactical action plans for brand and media strategy.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to localize marketing materials for the German market.
• Manage marketing budget, monitor activities, and report KPIs to senior management.
• Coordinate with HQ product teams and content teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Lead and develop the local marketing team and represent the company internally and externally.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or relevant field.
• At least 5 years experience as a marketing manager in the online world.
• Native German and excellent English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills, business orientation, and proactive team player.
