What you will do

  • Guide your team in experimenting with AI tools to optimize prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Consistently exceed team sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Mentor a team of 6–10 Account Executives with structured coaching.
  • Build a culture of accountability and collaboration within the team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Leverage data to track sales performance and identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing high-volume inside sales teams, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of coaching sales professionals to exceed quota.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions.
  • Experience selling to SMBs and affinity for local businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire trust.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
