- Guide your team in experimenting with AI tools to optimize prospecting and customer engagement.
- Consistently exceed team sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Mentor a team of 6–10 Account Executives with structured coaching.
- Build a culture of accountability and collaboration within the team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Leverage data to track sales performance and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing high-volume inside sales teams, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven track record of coaching sales professionals to exceed quota.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions.
- Experience selling to SMBs and affinity for local businesses.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire trust.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
