Salary: €70,000+ gross per year

• Own and drive the product roadmap for hirify.global App Toolkit, SDK for Typescript, and VS Code Extension.
• Define and execute product strategy focusing on hyperscale and high-performance capabilities.
• Envision future application development with Artificial Intelligence integration.
• Collaborate with agile R&D teams to deliver impactful product capabilities.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives including customer support and product marketing partnerships.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of product management experience with proven success in strategy and execution.
• Good technical understanding and experience with developer tools and web applications.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate product strategy into business impact.
• Willingness to travel less than 15% of the time.
• English proficiency at least B2 (corporate language).
