What you will do

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital onboarding products and propositions.
• Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis across Italy, Balkans, and France.
• Define and prioritize product requirements aligned with strategy and regulations.
• Collaborate with technology, sales, marketing, and delivery teams for product development and launch.
• Support pre-sales activities including client presentations and RFP responses.
• Manage strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Milan, Italy (Hybrid)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in product or proposition management, preferably in fintech or digital identity.
• Strong knowledge of digital onboarding, KYC, AML, and identity verification.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
