What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle ensuring client satisfaction and revenue retention.
• Partner with Sales and Practice teams to drive revenue growth and expand services.
• Establish standardized delivery methodologies, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
• Manage P&L, optimize delivery economics, and improve margins.
• Lead and develop a team of Delivery Managers across multiple clients and domains.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery transformation through automation and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in IT/Professional Services delivery with 5+ years in director-level leadership.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and large portfolios exceeding $50M annually.
• Strong expertise in delivery models, governance, quality frameworks, and P&L management.
• Proven leadership, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading delivery transformation with technology, automation, or AI platforms.
