What you will do
- Create a strong first impression and build a sales pipeline for Account Executives
- Lead outbound prospecting in Korea (primary) and Japan (secondary) using multi-channel approaches
- Research accounts and connect customer challenges to solutions
- Organize sales lead data in Salesforce and collaborate with the APJ sales team
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and opportunity quotas
- Contribute positively to team culture in a fast-growing environment
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Japan for hybrid or remote work
- Languages: Korean native, Japanese business proficiency, English business or communicational level
- Deep understanding of Korean business culture and B2B market
- Proven outbound sales skills and ability to engage decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in Korean, Japanese, and English
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
